First experience of 5S

I‑Kao Industry is a model of the 5S on‑site management method. Chairman Guo said that manufacturing is a one‑way road—you must keep moving forward. The visit taught us that manufacturing should also be managed with a service mindset; we need to position our company properly and continually improve on‑site management and professional skills to meet customer needs and tackle future challenges. We hope that by crouching low now, we can leap higher in the future.
